The North American Red Squirrels (Tamiasciurus hudsonicus) can be an extremely common squirrel in THE UNITED STATES.  It are not confusing with the Western european Red Squirrels which is just about the most frequent Eurasian squirrels.

North American Red Squirrels are situated generally in most parts of america where conifers are normal.
